We now offer ADA seminars to organizations and corporate/private companies on
ADA policies concerning Service Animals and people of Short Stature.  You may
think that you are teaching/informing your employees on current ADA policies.  Are
you sure?  Answer the following questions.

1.  I can only let in blind or deaf service animals in my place of business.

2.  If my products are too high for my customers, I don't have to provide other options for
that customer.

3. Since my county health laws state I am not allowed any animals in my resturant, I do not
have to allow assisted service animals in my place of business that do not service the deaf or
blind?

4. I am allowed to ask people of dwarfism what is their disability.

5. I have the right to ask disabled people to show documentation of their service animal.

6. If I own a self service gas station  and we are too busy to pump gas for disabled people
and we have only 2 employees we can refuse this service.

7. Service animals can only be either Labs or German Shepards.

8. American Pit Bull Terriers need special authorization from local city and county agencies to
be a service animal.

How many of these questions did you and your employees answer yes or no?  If
you or your employees answered "YES" to any of these questions, then you and
your company are violating your Federal, State and Local ADA policies.  All of these
questions go against ADA policies.  You can be fined, go through civil litigation and
have your business closed down if you do not follow the ADA guidelines for service
animals and people of short stature.
Our ADA seminars can supplement to your current ADA training to your employees.  We can
assist in your new employee training or assist with updating your current employees with
changing ADA policies and also give them a refreshment course if you have had recent trouble
with your employees following the ADA guidelines.

Our seminars gives a different outlook on service animals and people of short stature.  We use
instructors who are of short stature and service animals in our brief seminars.   We inform your
employees of what questions they can and can not ask.   We can let them know the fines and
civil litigation that can happen if they do not follow the current ADA guidelines.

According to the ADA, service animals are animals that are individually trained to perform tasks
for people with disabilities such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf,
pulling wheelchairs, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, or performing
other special tasks. Service animals are working animals, not pets.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses and organizations that serve the
public must allow people with disabilities to bring their service animals into all areas of the facility
where customers are normally allowed to go. This federal law applies to all businesses open to
the public, including restaurants, hotels, taxis and shuttles, grocery and department stores,
hospitals and medical offices, theaters, health clubs, parks, and zoos.

You will be surprised how many owners and employees have the common misconception that if
you are not blind or deaf you can not bring service animals in that place of business.  Then
their are the food service owners who tend to deny service animals because of health laws.
There are exceptions to health code rules.  Many business have went through years of litigation
when their employees and themselves have not followed the ADA Guidelines.

Let our seminars spice up your ADA training in your next employee orientation or yearly
employee meetings.  You can contact by going to the "Contact Info" link on the top left of this
page.  Please feel free to ask us any question.  Remember even though people throughout the
world, refer to little people as dwarves, midgets, tiny people, and munchkins.  We do consider
those words offensive even though it may not be done intentionally.  For more information on

The American Pit Bull Terrier ( APBT )  is additionally one of the
most intelligent and easy to train breed of dogs. The trainer of
the show dog Lassie has even remarked on how the Pit Bull is
his choice of  breed for training. This is due to the Pit Bulls ease

give up attitude. Because the Pit Bull has such strength,
intelligence, desire to please, and a don't give up attitude it
would make a good choice as a disabled assistant service dog
